The work
Lumen's operations team was drowning in copy-paste: shipment documents arrived as PDFs and emails, and people retyped them into three different systems every day.
What we built. A set of connected pipelines that ingest documents, use AI to classify and extract the fields that matter, validate them against business rules, and sync the results across the tools Lumen already runs on.
Reliable by design. Every pipeline is monitored with alerting on failures, graceful retries, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints where the stakes are high — so nothing is silently lost.
The result: about 30 hours a week handed back to the team, far fewer errors, and an operation that scales with volume instead of headcount.
