The work
Northbeam needed something tangible to put in front of investors — fast. With a raise on the calendar and no engineering team yet, the founders came to us with a deck and a deadline.
What we built. A senior, AI-augmented squad turned the concept into a working product in a single week: authenticated dashboards, live charts wired to real sample data, and a guided flow investors could click through themselves.
How AI accelerated it. Scaffolding, boilerplate, and the first pass of tests were generated and then reviewed by our engineers, so the team spent its time on the parts that actually move the needle — the data model and the narrative.
The prototype went straight into the pitch, the round closed, and the codebase became the foundation Northbeam's first hires built on — no throwaway code.
